About the Role
You will own the tokenization platform product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization. You will define requirements, plan roadmaps, manage releases and backlogs, test features, gather customer feedback, track success metrics, and communicate priorities. You will partner on go-to-market strategy, UX flows, technical documentation, and portfolio intelligence and staking infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience at a SaaS or fintech company
- Proven track record of building and launching high-quality technical products
- Experience building a tokenization product
- Prior web3 experience or fluency with web3 concepts
Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle of the tokenization platform from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization
- Conduct market research, define requirements, plan roadmaps, manage releases, and optimize products after launch
- Execute the product roadmap with Engineering
- Develop and implement go-to-market and growth strategies with Marketing, Business, and Operations
- Test new features, identify bugs, and identify platform improvements
- Gather feedback and insights from existing and potential customers and partners
- Define, collect, and track success metrics for product launches and initiatives
- Communicate strategy, prioritization, success metrics, and updates to internal stakeholders
- Partner on UX flows, wireframes, interaction models, design-system consistency, and accessibility standards
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, including features, bugs, and technical debt
- Write and maintain technical documentation
- Support portfolio intelligence and staking infrastructure build-outs
