About the Role

You will own regulated crypto product surfaces spanning spot and perpetuals trading, funding rails, staking, lending, and developer APIs. You will partner with engineering, compliance, legal, operations, and external partners to deliver scalable infrastructure, prioritize the roadmap, and respond proactively to policy changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, and/or founding a startup
• Demonstrated production-scale experience with a core crypto product surface
• Strong understanding of crypto market structure, including order books, liquidity providers, spreads, slippage, and settlement
• Experience shipping regulated products with legal, compliance, risk, and operations stakeholders
• Experience conducting partner and customer discovery and converting findings into a prioritized roadmap
• Business acumen in evaluating ROI, demand, regulatory risk, technical feasibility, time, and budget
• Experience using AI in daily product management workflows

Responsibilities

• Own the spot crypto exchange product surface, including pair coverage, order types, jurisdictional availability, and partner experience
• Lead funding and liquidity integrations with liquidity providers and custodians
• Own stablecoin funding flows, including USDC and regulated stablecoins
• Gather partner requirements and expand supported networks and coins based on demand and custody readiness
• Drive staking, lending, and earn product design within regulatory and operational constraints
• Shape developer- and agent-focused crypto APIs, SDKs, reference integrations, and changelog practices
• Lead and execute the product case for crypto perpetuals
