About the Role

You will co-own product design and the technical roadmap for a tokenization platform. You will translate business, regulatory, and technical needs into product requirements; design issuer and investor workflows; work with engineering on delivery; meet clients to validate direction; and support commercial deals as a product expert.

Requirements

  • Experience owning a technical product roadmap end-to-end in regulated financial services
  • Working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and institutional digital asset products
  • Ability to translate between technical and business audiences
  • Experience shipping platform products with partner, regulatory, and engineering dependencies
  • Experience with client-facing product work
  • Experience with at least two of tokenization or securities issuance platforms, regulated financial institutions or capital-markets infrastructure, and commercial-adjacent product roles
  • Knowledge of OCC or banking-grade governance, controls, and risk management

Responsibilities

  • Define tokenization product strategy, primitives, and roadmap
  • Design issuer and investor workflows
  • Translate regulatory, capital-markets, and blockchain constraints into product requirements
  • Lead product delivery across a multi-asset-class roadmap
  • Scale issuer onboarding and improve the investor experience
  • Build reusable product primitives rather than bespoke integrations
  • Coordinate with engineering, legal, compliance, and client-facing teams
  • Meet issuers and investors to discover needs and test product direction
  • Represent the product in institutional client and prospect discussions
  • Convert client feedback into roadmap priorities
