About the Role
You will lead World ID features across the full product development lifecycle, from concept and requirements through engineering enablement and go-to-market. You will define the multi-year roadmap, understand user and developer needs, own roadmap metrics and analytics, shape long-term strategy, and act as an internal and external advocate for the product.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience in a relevant domain
- Experience in fintech, payments, digital identity, Web3, or DeFi
- Understanding of Web3 technologies and crypto-native experiences is valued
- Understanding of privacy and data governance standards
- Degree in computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or engineering or design-focused experience is preferred
- Experience defining product vision and go-to-market strategy
- Experience with mobile-first products and features
- Ability to design processes and synthesize goals into actionable roadmaps
- Communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Define and lead a multi-year roadmap for World ID features
- Engage users and developers to inform the product roadmap
- Own metrics and analytics related to the roadmap
- Define the long-term strategic roadmap with the World ID team
- Lead features from concept through requirements, engineering enablement, and go-to-market
- Act as an internal and external product advocate
- Drive product success metrics and delivery
