About the Role
You will lead product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, shape strategy and roadmaps, validate customer needs, define success metrics, align stakeholders, and mentor other product managers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience shipping complex, high-impact products
- Senior- or staff-level experience across ambiguous, multi-team problem spaces
- Customer research and customer empathy
- Technical credibility with system design, LLMs, data, and architecture
- Strategic thinking and execution
- Exceptional audience-appropriate communication
- Data-informed, outcome-driven product management
Responsibilities
- Drive product initiatives from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration
- Shape product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps
- Research enterprise buyer, end-user, and prospect needs
- Partner with engineering and design on requirements and technical tradeoffs
- Align go-to-market, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders
- Define and own success metrics
- Mentor and coach product managers
