About the Role
You will own Studio's product vision, strategy, annual goals, and business impact. You will build and develop the product management organization, partner on roadmap delivery, lead customer discovery, shape positioning and pricing, and align cross-functional leaders around a unified customer journey.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience
- Experience building enterprise technical platform, infrastructure, or developer products
- AI and machine-learning fluency
- People leadership experience hiring and developing senior product managers
- Experience launching and scaling products
- Ability to align cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strategic, metrics, UX, and customer escalation experience
- Executive, team, and user communication skills
Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize Studio's product vision, strategy, and annual goals
- Own Studio's business impact
- Build and lead the Studio product management organization
- Hire and develop product managers and stream leads
- Set product operating cadences and roadmap reviews
- Partner with engineering leadership to scope, sequence, and deliver the roadmap
- Drive strategic customer discovery
- Collaborate on positioning, pricing, packaging, launches, and adoption strategies
- Align cross-functional leaders around a unified customer journey
