About the Role
You will define and execute the hybridization product strategy and roadmap across Pro and Consumer products. You will lead discovery, prioritization, launch, and iteration; align cross-functional stakeholders; evaluate partner integrations; simplify onchain experiences; and use metrics and experimentation to improve products.
Requirements
- Onchain experience
- Product management experience from ideation through go-to-market and iteration
- Stakeholder management
- Roadmap advocacy in a consumer environment
- Vendor, partner, or ecosystem negotiation
- Communication
- Technical fluency
- Consumer product sense
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Experience shipping consumer-facing products
- Prior crypto, Web3, trading, gaming, or banking experience
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for hybridization efforts
- Shape and drive the broader onchain hybrid roadmap
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and advocate for roadmap priorities
- Drive execution across Engineering, Design, Growth, Security, and Operations
- Evaluate integrations with internal teams and external ecosystem partners
- Simplify onchain experiences for customers
- Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through iteration
- Define product metrics and use experimentation to improve products
