About the Role
You will set the strategy and roadmap for Capital products, identify customer needs, and lead platform-scale delivery. You will define success metrics, use experimentation to improve outcomes, and partner with product, engineering, finance, operations, regulatory, compliance, commercial, and design stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building high-scale products in technology or fintech
- 4+ years of experience in lending, banking, or adjacent products
- Experience delivering complex product and platform initiatives
- Ability to translate technical complexity into customer impact
- Product instincts and data-based decision making

Responsibilities
- Set strategy and roadmap for new Capital products
