About the Role
You will own the strategy and roadmap for the Moonrise enterprise banking offering. You will work with product, engineering, design, sales, and commercial stakeholders to prioritize and deliver features, use customer feedback and success metrics to guide decisions, and support the product's market positioning.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Manager or entrepreneur
- Experience with B2B or enterprise software in banking or fintech
- Experience building products for large enterprise customers
- Ability to own a product end to end in a fast-moving product area
- Collaboration skills across engineering, design, sales, and commercial stakeholders
- Ability to make decisions with incomplete information while using data
Responsibilities
- Articulate the Moonrise product strategy and roadmap
- Partner with sister products and banking foundation teams to execute the Moonrise roadmap
- Talk with business customers and turn their needs into product decisions
- Partner with engineering and design to ship enterprise features
- Define success metrics and use them to prioritize work and make trade-offs
- Work with sales and commercial teams to align the roadmap with product positioning
