You will turn strategy and research into epics, requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and business logic. You will own product decisions during implementation, manage scope and priorities, resolve product questions, coordinate regulated features and design work, perform release acceptance, and use production data and feedback to guide improvements.
Requirements
- Solid product management experience, ideally within B2B fintech or payments.
- Hands-on experience building payment or financial products in a regulated environment.
- Solid understanding of payment systems and transaction flows.
- Experience working directly with Engineering, Design, and Business Analysis.
- Ability to independently structure ambiguous business requirements into clear product solutions.
- Experience working with Compliance, Risk, or Legal on regulated functionality.
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks or licenses such as EMI or PI, MiCA or CASP, VASP, MSB, or comparable regulated financial environments.
- Strong judgment concerning scope, prioritization, and product trade-offs.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Fluent Russian proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Translate product strategy and research into epics, product requirements, user flows, and business logic.
- Define functional requirements, constraints, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
- Own product decisions throughout implementation and manage scope and trade-offs as feasibility changes.
- Provide product context for technical specifications and review final requirements for consistency.
- Facilitate product grooming and answer product questions throughout development.
- Prioritize sprint work according to strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with Compliance on regulated features, payment capabilities, and licensing constraints.
- Coordinate UX and UI work and review proposed flows against product requirements and business logic.
- Perform product acceptance before release.
- Monitor released functionality and use data and feedback to identify improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Business Analysis, and Delivery while remaining accountable for product outcomes.
