Coinbax provides financial institutions with a programmable control layer for stablecoin and tokenized deposit payments, addressing the lack of governance and reversibility on standard blockchain rails. Institutions can apply conditional fund release, multi-party approvals, automated sanctions screening, and time-based escrow to transactions via smart contracts. The platform operates on Base and Solana and integrates with core banking systems, supporting major stablecoins including USDC, USDG, RLUSD, and PYUSD.

About the Role
You will own product strategy roadmap discovery specification prioritization and the quality of the user experience across two products. You will work with developers bankers and credit union executives to understand needs and turn insights into buildable work. You will define product direction maintain coherent design and terminology support hiring and align engineering GTM and compliance.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management
- Senior product leadership experience
- Deep banking or digital banking experience
- Experience with accounts payments onboarding KYC and disputes
- Experience working with compliance risk and legal
- Experience launching products from zero to one and scaling them
- Experience owning design systems style guides or component libraries
- Excellent written communication
- Hands-on operating style
