About the Role
You will lead product strategy for geographic expansion pay-ins payouts merchant experiences and payment infrastructure. You will evaluate and onboard vendors banks and networks coordinate legal compliance engineering and operations requirements and manage partner relationships. You will shape fraud and decisioning products translate regulatory complexity into product specifications and use data to guide product decisions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Experience owning a complex technical or regulated product area
- Track record of shipping products end to end from ambiguity to production
- Ability to define problem spaces and build roadmaps independently
- Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Working knowledge of payment rails
- Experience with cross-border or multi-market payments
- Experience with risk or underwriting products
- Experience working under regulatory constraints such as NACHA MiCA BSA/AML or PSD2
Responsibilities
- Build market strategy for geographic expansion
- Research and prioritize new geographies
- Develop go-to-market strategies and identify product gaps
- Own payment vendor procurement and structured evaluations
- Drive MSA and legal review
- Manage vendor relationships after onboarding
- Own checkout withdrawal and API experiences
- Shape fraud and decisioning products
- Translate regulatory and operational requirements into product specifications
- Analyze performance and iterate on product decisions
- Contribute to pay-in payout and orchestration product work
