About the Role
You will lead the development and execution of consumer products in a startup-like setting. You will define the vision and roadmap, commit to quarterly and half-year goals, prioritize delivery, measure results, iterate on products, identify opportunities from consumer feedback and data, and coordinate with design, research, data science, legal, and compliance specialists.
Requirements
- Have successfully launched large consumer-facing features that produced meaningful outcomes at B2C companies.
- Apply a consumer-first approach and maintain a high standard for consumer experience.
- Use data to make strategic decisions.
- Communicate complex concepts succinctly to broad audiences and drive decisions.
- Have led roadmap and prioritization exercises that produced clear impact.
- Demonstrate high ownership, velocity, and throughput.
- Develop clear perspectives in ambiguous areas.
- Experience building anti-fraud or machine-learning-driven products is preferred.
