About the Role
You will lead the product vision and strategy from planning through development and release. You will identify user needs through data analysis, define growth initiatives and roadmaps, make key architecture and UI/UX decisions, create PRDs, coordinate stakeholders, resolve obstacles, and prioritize high-impact work.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional product management experience
- Experience translating data analysis into product strategies and initiatives that improved KPIs
- Strategic thinking focused on product growth
- Problem-solving skills for structuring complex challenges and turning them into concrete actions in uncertain situations
- Sufficient understanding of UI/UX and a user-centered mindset
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of high-impact features and initiatives from scope definition through release
- Analyze market and user data to identify problems and improve key KPIs
- Develop scalable product designs and make important technology architecture and UI/UX decisions
- Create PRDs and drive product development and releases
- Coordinate stakeholders across business development, sales, legal, compliance, data science, and group companies
- Set product priorities and decide what not to pursue
