About the Role
You will set the strategy and roadmap for FX and cash management products. You will lead delivery of a scalable, reliable FX platform, establish FX governance and operational metrics, and build a Treasury Management System for customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years building high-scale platforms in fast-growing technology or fintech environments
- 2+ years of FX or cash management experience
- Experience delivering complex product and platform initiatives at scale
- Ability to translate technical complexity into customer impact
- Product management, data-based decision-making, and AI-forward thinking
- Experience setting team vision and strategy
- Stakeholder communication skills
Responsibilities
- Set strategy and roadmap for the FX and cash management team
- Lead delivery of a scalable and reliable global FX platform
- Establish FX governance, success metrics, and operational metrics
- Build a Treasury Management System for customers and internal teams
- Identify customer and operational pain points to shape the product roadmap
