About the Role
You will own the strategy, roadmap, discovery, development, launch, and post-launch iteration for Construction Financials. You will research customer workflows, test concepts, translate feedback into product decisions, define outcome metrics, evaluate lender integrations, and partner with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of product management experience
- Experience creating products from ideation through launch and iteration
- Experience building B2B software products for complex customer workflows
- Experience leading customer discovery and product-concept testing
- Experience translating customer feedback into product decisions
- Experience partnering with sales and customer-facing teams
- Experience making trade-offs with incomplete information and iterating quickly
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and prioritized roadmap for Construction Financials
- Research owner and general contractor workflows through customer interviews and feedback
- Translate customer pain points into product opportunities
- Test product concepts with prototypes and focused experiments
- Lead discovery, development, launch, measurement, and iteration
- Partner with engineering and design on trade-offs, quality, and delivery
- Define and track adoption, engagement, customer, and business metrics
- Evaluate lender-side integration opportunities
- Support launches and incorporate customer feedback into development
- Research market trends, competing solutions, and emerging technologies
- Align the roadmap with platform strategy
