About the Role
You own day-to-day product execution across crypto asset management initiatives. You translate business technical operational and compliance requirements into product requirements user stories project plans and delivery milestones. You support liquidity-source integrations coordinate asset availability and infrastructure work prioritize roadmap initiatives and use performance data to improve liquidity routing custody wallets settlement and risk tooling.
Requirements
- Experience in product management product operations treasury finance business analysis technical program delivery or a similar role
- Ability to turn complex or ambiguous requirements into clear actions and priorities
- Strong product thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to use data and assess trade-offs based on business and customer impact
- Genuine interest in crypto fintech or financial infrastructure
- Interest in blockchain networks liquidity exchanges custody wallets and digital-asset infrastructure
- Previous exposure to crypto or fintech infrastructure is a plus
- Familiarity with regulated financial products crypto compliance blockchain infrastructure or high-value financial transactions is a plus
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day product execution across Crypto Asset Management initiatives
- Translate requirements into product requirements user stories project plans and delivery milestones
- Support integrations with liquidity sources including exchanges OTC trading desks and decentralized services
- Coordinate asset availability and infrastructure initiatives across business and technical functions
- Support wallets gas sponsorship transaction broadcasting and other on-chain infrastructure services
- Contribute to roadmap development and prioritization
- Evaluate product performance and identify operational and product improvement opportunities
