About the Role
You own the leasing roadmap across multiple property portfolios and lead initiatives from discovery through launch and impact analysis. You improve funnel visibility, workflows, automation, and operational capacity; research customer needs; shape new leasing offerings; define metrics; and use data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of product management experience
- Experience owning a revenue-carrying product surface at a software company
- Proptech real estate or marketplace background is strongly preferred
- Leasing or property management experience is a strong plus
- Experience shipping through ambiguity and constraints
- Strong roadmap and stakeholder management skills
- Experience balancing platform work and growth initiatives
- Comfort working in an operator-heavy business
- AI fluency and experience incorporating AI into a product
- Ability to define funnel metrics read dashboards and perform root-cause analysis
- Strong written communication skills
- Customer research experience and comfort speaking directly with customers
- Bias toward action
Responsibilities
- Own the leasing product roadmap across retail institutional and build-to-rent portfolios
- Lead initiatives from discovery through execution and post-launch analysis
- Maintain clear priorities sizing and sequencing
- Improve visibility and workflows across the leasing funnel
- Remove operational bottlenecks and increase volume capacity
- Evaluate AI use across screening scheduling and prospect communication
- Shape and validate leasing products and services for self-managing landlords
- Partner with Growth and go-to-market teams to launch new offerings
- Conduct customer research with owners prospects leasing agents and screeners
- Build feedback loops for product decisions
- Manage cross-team dependencies across sales operations and account management
- Support prioritization decisions
- Own leasing funnel metrics including conversion speed to lease service-level adherence and vacancy
- Develop and track KPIs
- Identify root causes of performance changes
