About the Role
You will work directly with the CEO across trading APIs and new product initiatives. Own your product area from strategy through launch, use customer feedback and onchain data to guide decisions, collaborate closely with engineers, support go-to-market positioning, and help shape product direction. You will validate ideas through prototypes, experiments, and rapid iterations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product experience or equivalent experience as a founder GM or trader who moved into building
- Experience shipping B2B API or infrastructure products with adoption and revenue
- Experience building Dune dashboards and analyzing API performance and internal analytics
- Technical fluency in routing execution quality and latency
- DeFi-native experience with onchain trading perpetuals or DEX aggregation
- Expertise using AI agents workflow automation and productivity tooling
- Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe
- Strong experience in EVM and/or Solana ecosystems
- Strong understanding of financial markets
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and roadmap for trading APIs or new product initiatives
- Conduct regular customer check-ins and analyze customer metrics
- Analyze onchain and internal data to identify performance gaps and market opportunities
- Partner with engineering leads to evaluate tradeoffs and decide what to build
- Partner with go-to-market teams on positioning and adoption
- Work with the CEO and leadership to shape product direction
