About the Role

You will own the vision and roadmap for a payments platform and its developer-facing integration surfaces. You will translate client requirements into priorities, partner with engineering and banking teams, incorporate compliance needs, improve adoption, and track platform performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Experience with platform, API, or infrastructure products
  • Knowledge of payments, pay-ins, payouts, PSPs, acquirers, and bank rails
  • Technical fluency with RFCs, architecture decisions, and API specifications
  • Experience shipping APIs, SDKs, or embeddable UI components
  • Structured technical writing
  • Stakeholder management
  • Data analysis for product goals and performance

Responsibilities

  • Own the payments platform vision and roadmap
  • Map internal client requirements and evolve platform capabilities
  • Partner with engineering on a sequenced roadmap
  • Prioritize competing client needs and explain trade-offs
  • Improve the client adoption experience from initial conversation to go-live
  • Coordinate bank and PSP integrations for platform-wide reuse
  • Incorporate compliance, risk, and legal requirements into the roadmap
  • Set and track platform adoption and payment performance metrics
