About the Role
You will own the Sonar roadmap and build product infrastructure for collaboration, identity, investigation, and distribution. You will write technical specifications and integration playbooks, convert regulatory requirements into product requirements, partner on platform architecture, define success metrics, and support member and partner onboarding.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of experience in payment networks, fintech, financial crime, identity, or data platform products
- Experience shipping APIs or developer-facing products
- Fluency in authentication, scoped credentials, and audit logging
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and supporting infrastructure
- Working knowledge of fraud, AML, and investigation workflows
- Experience building within data-use regulatory constraints
- Analytical skills and data querying ability
- Ability to write clear specifications and communicate with engineers, lawyers, and bank executives
Responsibilities
- Own the Sonar roadmap
- Build infrastructure for collaboration, identity and trust, investigation, and distribution
- Write and maintain technical specifications, integration playbooks, and documentation
- Translate 314(b), GLBA, FCRA, and BSA constraints into product requirements
- Partner with Engineering on data and platform architecture
- Work with fraud, AML, and investigations teams to understand workflows
- Define and track product success metrics
- Work with business development, sales, and partnerships to onboard institutions and platform partners
