About the Role
You will own the post-checkout experience across food ordering and retail ecommerce. You will set product strategy and priorities, work with design and engineering on customer journeys, use AI to prototype and automate work, contribute changes through pull requests, and measure outcomes after launch.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Experience shipping customer-facing products at scale
- Hands-on experience building prototypes and automating work with AI
- Ability to use GitHub and submit pull requests
- Product strategy and prioritization skills
- Customer research and analytical judgment
- Cross-functional leadership
- Consumer product, ecommerce, marketplace, or customer support experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Set strategy and priorities for the post-checkout customer experience
- Connect product improvements across Square and external partners
- Define customer journeys for order tracking, support, and issue resolution
- Use AI and automation for research, analysis, prototyping, development, and launch
- Set quality standards and evaluate product ideas
- Build and test prototypes with customers
- Contribute changes through pull requests and work with engineers to ship improvements
- Measure customer feedback, resolution time, satisfaction, and repeat purchases
