About the Role

You will define the vision and roadmap for critical technology platforms, own products throughout their lifecycle, and use data to guide prioritization and investment decisions. You will collaborate with agents, executives, operations, engineering, and UX/UI partners, lead demos and major releases, manage backlogs and KPIs, monitor performance, and drive experiments and continuous improvements. You will also mentor other product managers and communicate strategy, trade-offs, and progress to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience
  • Experience owning complex products or platforms across the full development lifecycle
  • Experience in at least two of CRM, influencer marketing platforms, creator tools or software, AI models, or adjacent software industries
  • Experience with data models, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile collaboration tools
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and execution practices
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex systems
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience leading high-impact initiatives through ambiguity and organizational change
  • Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for core technology systems
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Define product platforms and tools that support business operations and creative workflows
  • Use data, feedback, analytics, and business context to prioritize initiatives
  • Build partnerships with agents, executives, operations, engineering, and UX/UI teams
  • Lead client demos and internal walkthroughs
  • Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, timelines, KPIs, dependencies, and risks
  • Orchestrate major releases and ensure timely high-quality delivery
  • Monitor product performance, triage bugs, and oversee enhancements and A/B tests
  • Represent products in executive and cross-functional forums
  • Mentor and develop other product managers
