About the Role

You will define product strategy, business plans, and roadmaps for Atlas logistics solutions. You will work with customers and engineers to discover needs, translate workflows into product requirements, assess market opportunities, prioritize trade-offs, and guide products from ideation through launch.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of product management or relevant industry experience
  • Ability to create a long-term product vision and executable engineering roadmap
  • Ability to translate customer processes into requirements for end-to-end robotics solutions
  • Experience identifying market gaps and unmet customer needs
  • Experience working cross-functionally with software and hardware engineering teams
  • Ability to interpret market data, KPIs, and financial models
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience engaging stakeholders from warehouse-floor personnel to C-suite leaders
  • Experience building products in warehousing and fulfillment
  • Experience with new technology introduction
  • Experience in the robotics industry
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic business plans and product roadmaps
  • Lead collaboration between customers and engineers to design, build, and deploy Atlas applications
  • Work with prospects to understand needs and product use cases
  • Conduct gap and competitor analysis
  • Document market and customer needs in product artifacts
  • Shape product roadmaps based on market needs and technology capabilities
  • Manage the product lifecycle, including business cases, ideation, prioritization, development, and launch
