About the Role
You will own creative strategy for performance marketing, including persona strategy, creative roadmaps, and testing plans. You will build and maintain audience playbooks, turn creative analysis into strategy, conduct audience and competitive research, lead creative specialists and an agency partner, and share customer insights with product and go-to-market stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of creative strategy experience
- Performance marketing experience
- Paid social creative strategy experience that drove subscriptions and conversions
- Experience at large consumer companies serving diverse audiences
- Experience leading creative strategists and creatives
- Experience bridging creative and paid media teams
- YouTube, Google display creative, ASO, or lifecycle marketing experience
- Eligibility to work in the US
Responsibilities
- Own creative strategy for performance marketing across paid social and other channels
- Build and maintain persona playbooks
- Develop strategies from creative analysis, testing, and performance insights
- Conduct audience research, customer conversations, and competitive research
- Lead creative specialists across UGC, AI, and brand creative
- Manage the UGC agency partner
- Share user insights with product and go-to-market stakeholders
