About the Role

You will own activation and habituation goals from strategy through measurable impact. You will set the roadmap and experiment backlog, diagnose funnels, test product and communication levers, and ship directly with engineering, machine learning, design, and analytics partners. You will use data and AI-enabled decisioning to improve activation, retention, and lifecycle programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in growth product, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth strategy, business operations, or consumer analytics in B2C technology.
  • Experience owning a growth goal from opportunity through measurable impact.
  • Experience shaping product experiences and working with engineers to ship them.
  • Experience with strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Strong data skills, including opportunity sizing, impact modeling, funnel diagnosis, SQL, or AI tools.
  • Deep experimentation experience.
  • Experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform, or ability to ramp quickly.
  • Fluency with AI tools for automation and scaling output.
  • Clear, structured communication.
  • Experience as a growth product manager, onboarding, activation, referral programs, regulated products, incentive mechanics, or in-app personalization is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own activation and habituation goals end-to-end.
  • Define the opportunity landscape, strategy, investment priorities, and activation and retention impact.
  • Own the roadmap and experiment backlog.
  • Run experiments across onboarding, upsell, notifications, interventions, wallet adoption, referrals, churn prevention, and winback.
  • Ship product changes and customer communications with engineering, machine learning, and design.
  • Diagnose funnels, size opportunities, interpret experiment results, and iterate.
  • Advance AI decisioning and automation for growth work.
  • Share learnings to scale lifecycle-program improvements.
  • Influence strategy across product, analytics, marketing technology, creative, and brand.
