About the Role
You will transform manual People Operations workflows into automated internal solutions. You will prototype and deploy AI-enabled tools, integrate HR systems, maintain HR knowledge, measure operational efficiency, establish data safeguards, and enable colleagues through playbooks and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building, scaling, or optimizing internal platforms
- Experience designing and deploying AI-driven and agentic workflows
- Experience with AI coding assistants, low-code platforms, scripting, REST APIs, and webhooks
- Experience with HR platforms including Workday, Greenhouse, DocuSign, and ticketing platforms
- Human-centered design and internal user research
- Change management and user adoption
- Ability to translate AI concepts into operational requirements
Responsibilities
- Audit People Operations workflows to identify manual friction
- Design, test, and deploy AI protocols and automated workflows
- Build internal HR tools, automation scripts, and integrations
- Maintain internal HR knowledge and automated support systems
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and workflow maps
- Build data pipelines and dashboards for operational metrics
- Establish employee-data security, privacy, and AI quality guardrails
- Create playbooks and enablement frameworks for Generative AI and low-code tools
