About the Role

You will respond to HR support requests, maintain employee data in Rippling, and improve self-service processes. You will manage onboarding, benefits, workers’ compensation, compliance reporting, audits, and documentation. You will partner with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT to support employees.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Coordinator experience
• Experience with an HRIS
• Experience administering benefits
• Experience managing workers’ compensation claims
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state compliance requirements
• Knowledge of EEO-1 reporting and training mandates
• Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to and triage employee HR support requests
• Manage employee data and reports in Rippling
• Create self-service resources and improve People Operations processes
• Own new-hire onboarding, paperwork, system setup, and device coordination
• Administer benefits and manage workers’ compensation claims
• Manage compliance programs, reporting, training, and filings
• Maintain policies, calendars, audit trails, and scalable documentation
• Support audits and regulatory inquiries
• Partner with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and IT
