About the Role
You will design and execute research on recruiting funnels, assessments, candidate experience, capacity, and quality of hire. You will validate selection tools, apply psychometrics, define recruiting metrics and governance, develop analytical products, measure their impact, build dashboards, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Behavioral Science, or a related research field
- Experience with selection research, assessment validation, psychometrics, or recruiting funnel analytics
- Experience with People Analytics technology and data-engineering collaboration

Responsibilities
- Design and execute research on recruiting funnel health, assessment quality, candidate experience, and quality of hire
- Test hypotheses about sourcing, interview design, and selection decisions
- Conduct mixed-method research on recruiting operations
- Apply responsible research practices when using candidate data
- Conduct validation studies for interviews and selection tools
- Apply psychometric techniques to improve interviewer calibration and rating consistency
- Research innovative candidate-assessment approaches
- Define recruiting-health metrics, KPIs, dimensions, and definitions
- Establish governance for consistent reporting metrics
- Develop analytical solutions for scenario planning and strategy
- Measure adoption and downstream impact of deployed tools
- Build dashboards and visualizations for research findings
- Present actionable research recommendations to senior leadership
