About the Role

You will operate and improve core People Operations and Total Rewards processes. You will manage employee and contractor lifecycle activities, support benefits and leave administration, resolve employee inquiries, maintain accurate Workday data, produce workforce reporting, and use AI tools to streamline HR workflows while protecting confidential information.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of People Operations or Total Rewards support experience in a high-growth high-tech environment
• Hands-on Workday experience
• Experience handling sensitive information
• Excel or similar analytical-tool experience
• Experience using AI tools to improve HR processes
• Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, leave of absence, benefits, and employee inquiries
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities
• Capacity to comply with U.S. export control laws

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end new-hire onboarding in Workday
• Manage employee offboarding, final-pay coordination, benefits coordination, and equipment returns
• Administer contractor onboarding, records, changes, extensions, and offboarding
• Administer medical, parental, and personal leaves of absence
• Resolve first-line employee inquiries and escalate complex matters
• Audit Workday employee and contractor data and correct discrepancies
• Support benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, and vendor coordination
• Build and maintain headcount, hiring, attrition, and workforce-trend reporting
• Use AI tools to automate routine work, improve self-service, and accelerate reporting and analysis
• Identify and implement process improvements
