About the Role
You will lead recognition programs, employee swag, and events that create memorable employee experiences. You will manage vendors, budgets, sourcing, and logistics; support leaders with team-building resources; and ensure global and remote employees are included.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant employee experience, culture, events, or people-program experience
- Experience translating culture and values into tangible experiences
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, logistics, sourcing, and follow-through
- Experience with swag and gifting sourcing, vendors, and design
- Experience with recognition or HR platforms
- Communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Run and improve the employee recognition program
- Own employee swag, including new-hire kits, awards, gifts, and event items
- Plan and run local and company-wide employee events
- Engage remote and global employees in employee experiences
- Build tools and resources for leader-led team-building events
- Manage sourcing, vendors, budgets, logistics, and follow-through
