About the Role
You will own global employee-experience programs, including recognition, company rituals, internal events, onboarding swag, and employee-facing communications. You will maintain the People Leaders Hub and Notion content, create repeatable programs for offices and remote teams, manage vendors and budgets, and advise leaders on communicating change.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in employee experience, culture, internal communications, or events
- Experience at a company that scaled past a few hundred employees
- Experience building and owning a company-wide recognition or culture program
- Experience producing large internal events end to end, including budgets, vendors, and run-of-show
- Writing and editing skills for employee-facing communications
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners and leaders without authority
- Ability to define problems and build plans independently in ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Own global employee-experience programs and communications
- Build and scale recognition programs and milestone celebrations
- Design and run all-hands, offsites, office gatherings, holiday events, and office launches
- Manage onboarding swag, vendors, inventory, and delivery
- Create repeatable playbooks for office leads and remote teams
- Maintain the People Leaders Hub and employee-facing Notion content
- Partner on event execution, venues, vendors, contracts, and program budgets
- Advise leaders on how to communicate change
