About the Role
You will create and facilitate virtual, in-person, and asynchronous fintech training. You will lead employee onboarding, develop instructional materials and knowledge-base content, translate regulations into training, evaluate program effectiveness, and deliver scenario-based customer-interaction and troubleshooting training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education or instructional design, or 3+ years of corporate, financial, or fintech technical training or mentoring experience
- Agent training program design and content development expertise
- Fintech knowledge
- Knowledge of instructional design models
- Experience with learning management systems, CRM tools, and content-authoring software
- Data analytics skills
- Project and program management skills
- Knowledge-base maintenance experience
- U.S. export-control eligibility or ability to obtain required authorization
Responsibilities
- Create and facilitate fintech learning experiences
- Translate financial regulations into training modules
- Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires
- Design and maintain instructional materials and knowledge-base content
- Assess training effectiveness using adoption and assessment metrics
- Design scenario-based customer interaction, troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation training
- Maintain internal and external knowledge bases
