About the Role
You will deliver onboarding, product, process, and soft-skills training for customer experience colleagues. You will lead live sessions and assessments, support e-learning creation, develop upskilling pathways, manage the learning management system, and work with stakeholders to identify training needs and maintain feedback loops.
Requirements
- Experience delivering training or similar work
- Experience with AI-enabled learning and knowledge-management platforms
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience engaging audiences with different experience levels and seniority
- Organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and keep stakeholders updated
- Ability to accommodate different time zones and learning styles
Responsibilities
- Deliver new-joiner onboarding alongside learning designers
- Deliver live training sessions and assessments
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer experience new joiners
- Act as a subject-matter expert for onboarding topics
- Collaborate with designers to create e-learning
- Help develop upskilling pathways
- Deliver Advanced Product Test training and assessments
- Oversee Trade Execution Test batches
- Deliver e-learning for product launches and regulatory refreshers
- Scope training needs with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain training feedback loops with WFM, Config, and QA teams
- Manage the learning management system and related administration
