About the Role
You will own the French monthly payroll cycle, prepare statutory filings, manage payroll changes and benefits, and partner with Finance on reporting. You will also manage joiners and leavers, maintain accurate Workday records, improve People Operations processes, and progressively support global payroll.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of French payroll experience
- Knowledge of French social legislation, including URSSAF and DSN
- Experience with ADP or a similar payroll tool
- Ability to work in English
- Interest in international payroll
Responsibilities
- Run the full French monthly payroll cycle
- Prepare and submit statutory payroll filings
- Manage variable pay, contractual changes, and the VPI file for ADP Decidium
- Partner with Finance on transfer files, cost reporting, headcount tracking, and variance analysis
- Handle equity payroll declarations
- Manage benefits, meal vouchers, and provider relationships
- Track regulatory changes and improve processes
- Manage employee lifecycle activities for joiners and leavers
- Maintain accurate and compliant Workday data
- Document and improve People Operations processes
