About the Role

You will manage operational HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle, coordinate end-to-end recruitment, and maintain accurate employee and candidate records. You will support payroll reviews, HR systems, budget administration, reporting, and assigned HR projects while ensuring compliance and audit readiness.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR services, HR administration, or a similar operational HR role
  • Proven recruitment expertise, particularly for technology and technical specialist roles
  • HR-related education, training, or equivalent practical HR experience
  • Business-level English and excellent German skills
  • Hands-on experience with HR software such as Personio and Workable
  • Strong IT skills and MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to work independently in a broad HR role
  • Strong stakeholder support and interpersonal skills
  • Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle
  • Maintain employee data and handle sickness and accident notifications
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, HR inquiries, and reference letters
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities
  • Draft and manage job advertisements
  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, feedback documentation, reference checks, and background screening
  • Perform four-eye payroll reviews and respond to payroll-related inquiries
  • Liaise with external payroll providers
  • Administer and maintain Personio and Workable
  • Implement HR system updates and improvements
  • Support HR budget management, invoice processing, and cost tracking
  • Coordinate with Finance and external partners
  • Support HR projects and administrative initiatives
  • Support HR reporting and stakeholder inquiries
  • Maintain organized records, audit readiness, and compliance with internal controls
