About the Role

You will administer and improve U.S. and global employee benefit programs. You will manage enrollment, eligibility, vendor transactions, compliance activities, reporting, open enrollment, and employee education while resolving complex benefit issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, a related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • At least 5 years of related experience
  • Experience administering employee benefit programs
  • Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and Section 125
  • Excel, data analysis, problem-solving, and reporting skills
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, benefits administration systems, vendors, and third-party administrators

Responsibilities

  • Administer U.S. and global benefit programs
  • Manage enrollment, eligibility, qualifying life events, and vendor file transmissions
  • Investigate and resolve employee, system, and vendor issues
  • Analyze benefit utilization and program effectiveness
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, renewals, and process improvement
  • Serve as an operational contact for vendors, administrators, brokers, and consultants
  • Support compliance, audits, filings, reporting, and plan documentation
  • Lead open enrollment planning, testing, communications, and employee education
