About the Role

Grow and further establish Upvest's partnership network by identifying and qualifying high-impact partners, defining value propositions, developing stakeholder relationships, negotiating cooperation agreements, implementing partnership strategy, managing partner journeys, and communicating partnership success stories.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, investing, and/or partnerships-related roles
  • Comfort with research, outreach, process setup, strategic topics, and senior stakeholder relationships
  • Strong interest in investments, securities trading, and software- or infrastructure-as-a-service products such as BaaS
  • Hands-on experience standardizing and optimizing sales-related processes
  • Ability to proactively drive complex projects to successful outcomes
  • Data-driven approach, bias to action, and attention to detail
  • Preference for candidates located in Berlin; fluent English and ideally German

Responsibilities

  • Grow and establish the partnership network
  • Identify and qualify high-impact partners
  • Define value propositions for different partner types
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders at priority partner organizations
  • Lead negotiation of cooperation agreements with partners
  • Implement the partnership strategy and drive day-to-day execution
  • Deliver the partner journey from onboarding and enablement to quarterly goal setting and technical integrations
  • Lead communication to the market on partnership success stories in collaboration with Marketing
