About the Role
You will own end-to-end delivery of ecosystem products and partner integrations, from ideation through execution. You will negotiate and close partner agreements, manage onboarding and technical integrations, and coordinate engineering, legal, and marketing stakeholders. You will run market research, track progress, report risks to leadership, and refine integration processes for faster, higher-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations business development or ecosystem product management at a chain centralized exchange or top DeFi protocol
- Demonstrated ability to handle full-cycle execution from deal structuring and negotiation to project management and delivery
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Deep understanding of Ethereum Layer 2 solutions DeFi protocols and the Web3 ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree in Business Computer Science or a related field
- Previous experience in Sales or CRM management is a plus

- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of ecosystem products and initiatives
- Manage timelines and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Identify evaluate and negotiate with potential partners
- Execute business development deals from outreach through onboarding and integration
- Conduct ongoing market research on DeFi protocols and landscape
- Collaborate with engineering legal and marketing to align on requirements and deliverables
- Establish and refine processes for partner integration and project delivery
- Track progress on partnership integrations and communicate status and risks to leadership
