About the Role
You will lead the full lifecycle of ecosystem development: identify and prioritize new chains, tokens, and strategic products; negotiate commercial terms and milestone programs; work closely with Product and Engineering to scope and deliver integrations; oversee partner performance; and build and mentor a small high-performing partnerships team.
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in fintech, crypto infrastructure, or enterprise partnerships with significant exposure to ecosystem development and strategic product collaborations.
- Proven track record owning and closing complex multi-party deals and driving them through product and engineering execution.
- Strong technical understanding of API-based custody, wallet creation, transaction processing, settlement workflows, and stablecoin or token movement.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain architectures, token models, incentive structures, and compliance considerations.
- Experience working directly with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize integrations and co-built initiatives.
- Executive presence with ability to engage founders, C-suite partners, and internal leadership with clarity and authority.
- Highly strategic thinker able to balance long-term ecosystem positioning with short-term delivery needs.
Responsibilities
- Define and own global ecosystem and product partnership strategy.
- Lead sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation of new chain, token, and product partnerships.
- Build and manage a pipeline of ecosystem opportunities aligned with product roadmap and business goals.
- Shape joint product strategies with blockchain foundations, token issuers, and fintech partners.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and oversee ecosystem integrations.
- Structure and negotiate commercial frameworks, incentives, milestone programs, and long-term agreements.
- Represent the company with founders, protocol executives, investment partners, and senior leadership.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team across partnerships, ecosystem architecture, and partner success.
- Create an internal operating rhythm to provide executive visibility into ecosystem strategy, integration progress, and partner performance.
