About the Role
You will work hands-on across a broad in-house legal platform. You will research and advise on issues related to emerging technologies, blockchain, digital assets, and AI; support data privacy and cybersecurity matters; draft and negotiate commercial contracts and partnership agreements; assist with cleared derivatives and commodities regulatory matters; support federal, state, and international litigation; and help with corporate governance and compliance tasks. You will produce legal research, written analysis, and drafts for internal stakeholders and regulators.
Requirements
- Completion of the first year (1L) at an ABA-accredited law school
- Be in good academic standing
- Demonstrate strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Submit a resume, cover letter, and transcript
