About the Role
You will set DeFi strategy for the Superchain, own the asset pipeline, and manage relationships with top-tier DeFi protocols. You will design and deploy milestone-based incentive programs, track grant ROI, structure multi-party initiatives, represent the ecosystem at industry events, and surface emerging trends.
Requirements
- 4–7 years in DeFi partnerships or protocol operations experience
- Deep understanding of the EVM DeFi ecosystem and DeFi protocol mechanics
- Experience with tokenomics and incentive programs
- Product and technical fluency with DeFi protocols and infrastructure
- Strong cross-functional execution and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication with exec-level presence
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with top-tier DeFi protocol teams and serve as primary point of contact
- Run quarterly business reviews and proactively remove blockers to meet joint objectives
- Own the asset pipeline and work with partners to create new markets, vaults, and sustainable yield strategies
- Design and deploy milestone-based incentive programs and track grant ROI
- Lead strategic initiatives and create playbooks for TVL growth across Superchain partners
- Build narrative and content to showcase ecosystem growth and represent the ecosystem at industry events
