About the Role
You will own the after-sales partner solutions function and oversee support operations. You will improve procedures and workflows, coach team members, monitor service metrics, identify dissatisfaction or churn risks, resolve escalated concerns, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to address partner and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management Finance Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- At least 3 years of experience in partner support account management client success or service operations
- Experience leading or managing a team
- Understanding of service operations case management escalation handling and process improvement
- Proficiency with ticketing or CRM platforms such as Zendesk Freshdesk or Salesforce
- Experience with reporting tools such as Excel SQL or business intelligence dashboards
- Strong integrity and judgment when handling sensitive partner and financial information
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
