About the Role
You will design and run scalable onboarding, lifecycle, workshop, and adoption programs for corporate and mid-market customers. You will develop product expertise, audit customer setups, use adoption data to create playbooks, and coordinate campaigns with Account Management, Customer Experience, Revenue Operations, and implementation partners.
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer or partner enablement, digital customer-success programs, enterprise growth, or a similar role
- Experience at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- Build adoption programs including onboarding tracks, scaled playbooks, and self-serve content
- Build automations and workflows with AI tools
- Analyze trends and identify data gaps and opportunities
- Drive cross-functional outcomes with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM
- Manage a high-volume mid-market or commercial book of business
- Proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver scalable enablement and activation programs
- Develop product expertise across the platform, focusing on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative
- Audit customer agent prompts, configurations, and feature setup
- Track adoption metrics and develop data-driven strategies and playbooks
- Partner on targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, workshops, and webinars
- Coordinate adoption strategy with implementation partners and internal teams
- Support high-impact initiatives for local GTM and global results
