About the Role
You will build the systems integrator partner program, prioritize and recruit partners, and enable them to deliver successful implementations. You will create joint go-to-market plans, generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue, support enterprise deals, develop partner playbooks and incentives, and use field insights to guide partner strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years in partner management, alliances, or channel roles
- Experience at a startup or high-growth company
- Experience building a partner program from zero
- Track record of generating pipeline and revenue through partners
- Understanding of systems integrator business models
- Relationships across global, national, or boutique systems integrators
- Commercial prioritization skills
- Cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Build the systems integrator partner program
- Define partner tiers and investment priorities
- Evaluate and qualify systems integrator opportunities
- Recruit and enable core partners
- Create and execute joint go-to-market plans
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
- Support enterprise sales cycles and co-selling
- Develop partner playbooks, enablement content, and incentives
- Share partner and field insights to guide strategy
