About the Role
You will directly manage Outcomes Architects and own the execution behind workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, expansion, and at-risk account recovery. You will coach performance, run operating cadences, hire and onboard employees, and partner across functions to improve customer and commercial outcomes.
Requirements
- Frontline management experience leading customer-facing B2B software teams
- Experience coaching customer discovery, workflow design, adoption, renewals, expansion, or implementation
- Ability to assess customer calls, account plans, success plans, and value narratives
- Commercial understanding of account health, renewal risk, adoption, and expansion
- Experience in shared account ownership with customer-facing functions
- Operational rigor in building coaching and accountability systems
- Talent development, hiring, onboarding, and performance-management capability
- Executive communication skills
- Technical fluency with workflow design and adoption blockers
- Fluency in English and French
Responsibilities
- Own Net Revenue Growth performance for the team's book of business
- Coach Outcomes Architects on transformation plans, workshops, value reviews, and renewals
- Run metrics, account-support, risk-review, coaching, and forecast cadences
- Hire, onboard, certify, and manage Outcomes Architects
- Partner on expansion and renewal strategy for shared accounts
- Coordinate implementation handoffs with Services leadership
- Set standards for product, AI, and workflow fluency
- Represent the team or region in leadership forums
- Coach to the global methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs
