About the Role
You will source and conduct marketing calls to potential clients to establish rapport and identify their foreign exchange needs. You will service clients' requirements for all crypto needs and maintain existing client relationships while promoting Coins' crypto services. You will onboard new clients by handling KYC documents and proper due diligence. You will provide market feedback, forecasts, and account updates to the business lead. You will maintain and track P&L on successful client trades for internal books and regulatory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory operating processes and controls.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in Finance or Crypto organizations
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or a related discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- Chinese speaking is a plus
