About the Role
You will establish and manage deep partnerships with public blockchains, Layer2s, and leading projects to bring grants and ecosystem resources. You will drive wallet integrations with DApps and protocols, negotiate resources, coordinate marketing events, oversee customer service operations, define SOPs, use data to improve response and resolution rates, collect user feedback, perform competitive analysis, and build and manage the operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3–5 years of experience in Web3 or cryptocurrency operations or business development.
- In-depth understanding of the hardware wallet and self-custody sector.
- Familiarity with mainstream public blockchain ecosystems.
- Extensive network with Web3 projects, foundations, investors, or KOLs.
- Proven track record securing or negotiating grants and ecosystem funding.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong business negotiation and resource integration skills.
- User-centric mindset and ability to optimize customer experience.
- High ownership, self-motivation, and results orientation.
- Team management or customer service collaboration experience preferred.
- Hardware product operations or business development experience is a plus.
- Experience building or managing teams from the ground up is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Establish deep Web3 ecosystem partnerships.
- Drive wallet integrations and joint testing with DApps and protocols.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns and events.
- Oversee customer service operations and optimize processes using SOPs and data analysis.
- Perform competitive analysis, collect user feedback, and provide product feedback.
- Build and manage the operations team, including goal setting and team development.
Hiring Process
After resume passes initial screening: written test, phone interview, and video interview. Candidates who pass initial screening are offered RMB 1,000–3,000 to complete a practical task within 1–3 days to assess capability and team fit. If successful, a formal offer is extended. A 2–3 week onboarding period may follow, with round-trip airfare and hotel expenses covered.
