About the Role
You will lead end-to-end procurement activities, from gathering requirements and running RFPs through contract signing and renewals. You will negotiate supplier pricing and commercial terms, assess total cost of ownership, and deliver documented savings. You will evaluate contract renewals, termination provisions, and commercial risks with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security. You will partner with stakeholders and senior leaders on sourcing strategies, maintain third-party risk management compliance, and improve procurement workflows and P2P tooling.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management in a fast-paced international organization
- Experience leading complex vendor negotiations and delivering documented cost savings
- Knowledge of commercial contract mechanics, pricing structures, third-party risk management frameworks, and approval workflows
- Ability to analyze spend data, assess total cost of ownership, compare supplier proposals, and track performance KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal English and German communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement lifecycles from requirement gathering and RFP execution through contract signing and renewal management
- Negotiate supplier proposals, commercial terms, and pricing to maximize cost savings and total cost of ownership
- Evaluate renewal terms, termination provisions, and commercial risks with Legal, Compliance, and Information Security
- Collaborate with internal departments and senior leadership on commercial sourcing strategies
- Ensure compliance with third-party risk management frameworks
- Optimize procurement workflows and P2P tooling
