Requirements

  • Experience managing a project or team, including progress management and decision-making
  • Experience planning and promoting business strategy, business development, or alliance strategy
  • Experience negotiating and advancing contracts with domestic and international partners
  • Practical experience involved in investment evaluation or business due diligence
  • Experience involved in post-investment PMI or business promotion
  • Experience leading projects and coordinating stakeholders
  • Business-level English ability, including practical experience conducting meetings and negotiations with overseas partners in English
  • Experience negotiating partnerships with overseas companies is preferred
  • Experience launching a new business is preferred
  • Knowledge of payments is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for collaboration and partnerships with domestic and international partners
  • Negotiate with domestic and international partners
  • Organize collaboration conditions and contract policies
  • Promote consensus-building processes
  • Consider and promote synergies with PayPay group companies
  • Oversee business due diligence of investment target companies, including business, market, and financial perspectives
  • Develop PMI policies after investment and promote their execution
  • Manage project progress and risks
  • Coordinate stakeholders
  • Collaborate with or potentially work at an investment target company when necessary
